Who the controller is

The controller of your data is Jakub Nowacki, trading as SwiftIT, tax ID (NIP) 6322036596, ul. Ks. Kazimierza Ciuby 14, 43-600 Jaworzno, Poland.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the language of the page you signed up on (Polish or English) and the time you signed up.

Why

Right after you sign up we send you a confirmation email. Then one more when Tabby launches, with your code for 50% off paid features for the first 3 months. We don’t send a newsletter and we don’t give your address to anyone for marketing.

We send emails through Resend, which stores your address on our behalf.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by joining the list. You can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing it doesn’t affect the lawfulness of what we did before.

How long we keep it

We keep your address until Tabby launches and we send the offer email, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.

How to be removed

Email kontakt@gettabby.pl from the address on the list and we’ll delete it without undue delay.

You also have the right to access, correct, restrict and port your data, and to complain to the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO).

Contact form

When you write to us through the form, your email and message reach our inbox through Resend. We use them only to reply, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the conversation once it’s resolved.
